Stage 1: Branding

Time Frame: 2 weeks 

 

Items included in this stage are:

- Logo/ Icon (File Format: .ai, .jpg, .pdf, .gif)

- Business Card design (File Format: .ai, .pdf)

- Woven Labels (File Format: .ai, .pdf)

- Care Labels (File Format: .ai, .pdf)

- Hang Tag (File Format: .ai, .pdf)

- Other Packaging items (File Format: .ai, .pdf) *

Boxes, Hangers, Belly Bands, Size Stickers, Panty Liners, etc.

 

This Stage will also include a first meeting to discuss your vision, where you will provide us with your ideas, and any other information we will need from you to start the design process. We will then provide you mockups of the designs based on information given.

Stage 2: Design

Stage 2: Design

Time Frame: 3-5 Weeks 

 

Items included in this stage are:

Part 1.

- Trend Research+Mood Board (Based on trend forecast and Categories)

- Color Story (Based on Category you are producing, season and trend forecast)

- Technical Sketches (5 to 10 styles as seperates included in above cost.) See below for more information on extras*

 

Part 2.

- Linesheet of Final Collection (Will include colorways/prints)

- Cutter Must Template (With flats for sample maker/ pattern maker)

 

This Stage will also include a first meeting to discuss your vision. You will provide us with your ideas, and any other information we will need from you to start the design process. We will then have a second meeting once the work is completed to discuss your thoughts and comments.  Discussion will be over the 5 to 10 styles* Sketched(each style is separate, example: 1 Top, 1 Bottom = 2 Separate Styles), any changes on colorways/prints or inclusions (adding more colorways into a style that did not have it previously). After the second meeting we would release Part 2 of the Stage (Corrected and updated Linesheets for your reference) and the Cutter Must Template.

This Cost includes fluid ongoing communication between you and our team to help you navigate through the process until you feel self-sufficient to move forward.

OPTION 1. CONSULTATION

Listed below are materials that will be provided for you to manage the development process of your collection.

 

- “How to” on communication with Factories

Below will include template and “How to” fill it out:

-  Development Technical Package (Editable Template in .xls or .ai)

- Fitting Notes Template (Editable Template in .xls or .ai)

- BOM -“Bill of Materials”(Editable Template in .xls or .ai)

- Measurement Sheets (Editable Template in .xls or .ai)

- Development Calendar (Will only include development portion of the process)

- Sourcing- Pricing Sheet Template (Editable Template in .xls)

- Invoice Template (Editable Template in .xls)

- L/D Submit Form (PDF)

- S/O Submit Form (PDF)


 

OPTION 2. HANDS ON HELP

Part 1.

Time Frame: 3 Weeks

As the originator of your designs you must be immersed into the Development Stage of your Collection, however you don’t have to do it alone. Below a list of the support we can provide during the Development Stage.

 

- Development Technical Packages for each of your styles (Finalized, in .pdf format ready to send to the Pattern Maker/Sample Room/Factory) ( Not including measurements- refer to pre-production stage)

- Bill of Materials for each of your styles (Finalized, in .pdf format ready to send to the Pattern Maker/Sample Room/Factory)

- Fitting Notes Template filled with corrections for first samples (Editable Template in .xls or .ai)

- Costing Sheet itemized by style for factory to fill in (Editable Document in .xls)

 

Part 2.

Time Frame: 3 Weeks

- Guided and Mutual Communication with Pattern Maker/Sample Room/Factory until the First Sample Set is completed.

- Guided and Mutual Communication with any Sourcing Partners until the First Sample Set is completed.

Of your choosing or from our designated list (See Stage 3. Sourcing for more information and cost)

Stage 5: Pre-Production

- Technical Package (Editable Template in .xls or .ai)

- Measure out First Samples and add all specs to the tech-pack

- Review and finalization of each technical package per style which will include but not limited to Front and Back Sketches, Design Details page, Measurement Details page, Grading added to the Spec pages. Label,hang tag,and packaging placement.

- Process and Procedures Hand Book for Factories to follow based on your brands needs.

- Production Checklist (for you to reference) 

- PO Template -“Production Order” (Editable Document in .xls for Size Breaks, Quantities and Colorways)

- If needed: Consult on quantities for fabric, trims and production issues that may emerge.

Stage 5: Pre-Production

Stage 6: Cost Sheets

 

We utilize BOM and itemize each material used in the making of each sample individually to get final cost per style.

We provide a fill in template to help you come up with costs of your garment, wholesale, and retail.

 

Note: In most cases in order to have this done you are required to keep log of all transactions, invoices and receipts you receive throughout the sourcing process.

OPTION 2. HANDS ON HELP

Time Frame: Based on production line at Factory and Quantity of Production

 

Production is the biggest step in this entire process. Our Goal is to make sure your product is made to the highest quality standards and that the manufacturing processes run reliably and efficiently. In order to do so we will work hand in hand with the factory overseeing each step of the process. 

 

- We verify  markers for fabric consumptions 

- Review Fabric and Trim Quality

- Walk through sample with Factory to ensure no issues

- Discuss tech-pack with the factory before they begin production

- Check measurements on Pre Production Sample

- Communicate with factory through the entire process to prevent issues or delays on production
